Nile Towers Maspero: An Architectural Icon Reaching the Clouds
Nile Maspero Towers – Trinity’s Step Towards the Sky!
Within a distinguished engineering partnership with Orascom Construction,
Trinity proudly takes part in the execution of the Maspero High-Rise Towers project – one of the largest national developments in the heart of Cairo and on the banks of the Nile.
Three iconic towers
Residential, commercial, and administrative uses
Execution of ultra-high-rise structural works
Commitment to the highest standards of quality and safety
A project that reshapes the capital’s skyline… and a true testimony to Trinity’s strength.
So far, the Maspero Project – one of the most prominent urban development projects in the heart of Cairo – has surpassed 30,000 continuous working hours, executed with high efficiency and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
The volume of concrete works completed to date has exceeded 45,500 cubic meters, including the casting of columns, slabs, walls, and staircases, reflecting significant progress in the project’s structural framework.
Trinity is contributing with an execution share of up to 75% of the overall project, placing it in a leading position within this national development plan.
As part of advanced construction systems, more than 5,500 cubic meters of climbing formwork systems have been utilized, ensuring both accelerated progress and the highest degree of precision.
In terms of reinforcement works, the project includes the installation of:
13,700 tons of steel reinforcement in vertical and horizontal elements such as columns, slabs, and staircases.
An additional 3,700 tons of steel for the raft foundation, prepared and installed in accordance with the highest engineering standards.
As for the formwork of the raft foundation, nearly 21,200 cubic meters of high-precision wooden formwork has been executed, forming the structural base of the buildings.
