As part of its strategic partnerships with leading construction companies in Egypt, Triny Real Estate Development is participating as a subcontractor for Orascom Construction in the implementation of one of the largest national urban development projects on the Mediterranean coast: the New Alamein Marina Towers.<\/p>\n

Number of Towers: Two high-rise towers.<\/p>\n

Height: Each tower consists of 52 floors, reaching heights comparable to major international skyscrapers.<\/p>\n

Area: Each tower has a built-up area of 1,600 square meters.<\/p>\n

Concrete Works: The project is expected to require more than 125,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete.<\/p>\n
